Order processing time:
There are no guarantees for the time it takes for us to prepare and package your order.
Once shipped, time will vary in the hands of Canada Post and you can track your package through CanadaPost.ca using your tracking number.
For U.S. Customers, once your parcel crosses the border, it will travel within the USPS network.
The UNTRACKED Letter mail shipping option for Canadians will not have any tracking information updates. If the package is lost in the mail it is not our responsibility.
Royal Deseo is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. Buyer is provided with shipping carrier and a tracking number within the shipment notification email. Buyer is responsible for communication with shipping carrier to track down lost or missing packages. Shipping insurance is recommended.
Royal Deseo is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Please double check your address to ensure it is correct before ordering. If an order is returned to Royal Deseo due to an incorrect shipping address, buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees to re-ship package.
Any duty taxes or import fees incurred on a parcel are the responsibility of the buyer.
